Been done. He rang me at 8:25 and he left 5 minutes ago.

Max attainable rate according to his clever tool = 103

Will get a new speedtest sorted when I can get to a wired computer (as opposed to my wifes wireless laptop)

Amazing attainable rate. Didn't you get quoted in the 50s by sky?. I have high hopes for tomorrow with my install.

      Re: Parcel Force

The BT checkers are usually quite conservative, as they have to take into cross-talk when the cab starts to fill - so although your max attainable may be 103+ now, it'll probably decrease as the cab fills up.

Just hope no one else wants fibre near you

Yeah, just for reference when my infinity connection was first installed I had a maximum attainable rate of 143,000kb/s (first person on the cabinet), it's now dropped to 98,000kb/s with a handful of users (21 according to BTO engineer) connected to it.

Am tempted to go and glue the locks shut to prevent any more FTTC installs in my area
