    line checker

    This is a discussion on line checker within the Sky Broadband (Fibre) Help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; just checked my phone number on the fibre page at sky just to see if i can get pro fibre ...

      line checker

      just checked my phone number on the fibre page at sky just to see if i can get pro fibre and the result say i dont have a line that can take sky broadband and sky talk :? funny that cos i have both and have done for years
      any ideas whats going on ?

      I think the sky line checker is having an off week It must pull data from different sources (their own data base and BTW) and it seems to be getting a little confused. Last week I had they same sort of reply from it, tonight I checked and it knew my number was a sky line so they are updating it.

      Also I think some issues maybe to do with how certain numbers originated from? Now I always check my address and then my phone number...
