I rang up and couldn't get it. Said it didn't exist yet.

You do get some sky people who are not clued up sometimes. Try again and ask to speak to the fibre team.

I would just use the normal sky number and choose upgrades. I managed to speak to the fibre team when it was still a tiny department before fibre came out. I don't have a direct number myself but if you keep ringing, you will get through.

That's me on Fibre Pro now, I eventually got a hold of the Fibre team. Using this number 08442 410 104 and selected the option for other stuff(4 I think) done and dusted in matter of seconds. Speed quoted at 63mb download.

Nice one. It's a pain sometimes to talk to the right person but you get there in the end. You will probably be at max speed of 80 for the time being, but a minimum of 63 is not to shabby.

It's not just the cost that's stopping me. I wouldn't get much more speed than I'm getting now. Maybe a big jump in upload speed but not worth an extra 10. If I got full speed and the price was right for me I might jump on board, but to be honest. I can't max out what I've got now, so for the sake of saving time on downloads, it would be wasted on me.

      Question...

Has anyone who seemed to be limited at 24mb on the standard fibre product updated to the pro? If so, did it fix the profile issue?

      Doobs...
