Maybe they wont bother with 3 dif offerings and just add the option 2 at 80/20 and up the standard SFU to 40/10 or maybe they will just leave it at 40/2 and let the bigger gap of only 2 or 20 upload options give more of an incentive to pay the 30 to get the better upload speed

I still cannot get it, hardly surprising as BT cannot be bothered to upgrade to FTTC

No differences that I can spot re the T&C's etc so far.

I would say that the need to keep their packages competitve with other ISPs otherwise people will jump to BT regardless of any traffic shaping.

If they do only have two packages it should be 40/10 and 80/20 with a free upgrade for those on 40/2 to 40/10. The only reason why I could see them keeping 40/2 is if they offered it as an entry level fibre product at a low price to tempt people

re: Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro Rumour

It makes no sense to offer 40/2 if 40/10 is available.

Maybe they will offer it like you say as a free upgrade, after all it must just be the click of a mouse.

What's the name though, I am a little confused now, Sky Fibre Option 2 or Sky (Broadband) Fibre Pro?

It could be possible they are just upgrading their system and launch it on Monday. The ordering system for fibre has had a few hiccups and its inconsistant..

The first was the most talked about date, maybe they are just playing with us (Sky not the sources)

But then again, the results are due on 2nd - This is too heavy man at this time of night.

Option 2 sounds like a BT product, and Pro sounds like a business product. How about Sky fibre Unlimited+
