      Dude its only 11:45am you still have 1 hour 15 mins left untill your time slots over dont give up they dont stop work untill 6 so be patient good speeds will come to those who wait

      As said be a bit careful about what you post on a public forum - yes I know it was in jest etc but it would have echo's of this story if someone took offence to it.

      Anyway... BTO guys are here now sorting everything out so fingers crossed everything goes to plan, being cut off in 5 minutes so hopefully doesn't take too long.

      no that was a wired connection

      i don't use the laptop wired its always wireless although the xbox ps3 and sky are all wired

      i'm happy! but i do wonder when sky increase the speeds will i be able to get the 80mb plus that the engineer said i would.

      I said it earlier CHILL OUT. i know its frustrating waiting but you dont need to update us every 10 mins. please also note that each post is time stamped so we all know how long he has to get to your house before a huge explosion occurs

      I haven't been able to use my new connection much yet. For the past 2 hours I've been trying to update my laptop's network adapter. I've installed an update but its still refusing to connect even though the globe icon is there. I'm really confused!

      can you post up the exact make and model of your laptop and OS version
