That would be normal as your SBU isnt going to cancel until the date your SFU goes live otherwise you would have a gap with no broadband service so both will show initially.

If your in a fibre enabled area already I'd put money on it being available to you within a month if not sooner.

Not all exchanges have had the upgrade to allow your line on FTTC to connect to skys system and these are expect to be done ASAP I think this will be the only hold up on skys side and even this is dependant on when BTO do the work and out of skys hands. They place an order for the link and get told it will be done by and can go live anytime between now and that date. I would check on a regular basis to see if the work has been done.

Did anyone else, who already has SBU and Sky line rental, get "You don't currently have an active compatible landline at your address so you need to take Sky Talk with Sky Line Rental to proceed with your order" on their checker ? And is that a problem ?

I got the same message loads of times. I didn't no what was going on so I kept trying again and again at least 10 times until it finally worked and my order was excepted.

      Is everyone getting the same?

That's completely normal, one is in the process of being cancelled, pending the activation of the other.

Re: Boom! Here we go - ordering now live

Ordered online today for 27th with est speed of 34.7 to 34.7. Hope I get 34.7 then!

But then got email to call them, 15 minutes later my date shifted to 30th after she said my speed could be 30.4 to 34.7 then later in the conversation 34.7 to 37.7, so who knows what I'm going to get.

Then she said thank you Mrs Spencer. Which isn't me. I see fun and games ahead with this.
