Those on trials tend to get priority treatment. Even so it is good that the issue has been identified and resolved.

      That's great response times.

Although I think Sky and BTO are on their best behaviour at the moment as it's just been launched.
Being a bit of a sceptic, I wouldn't at all be surprised if Sky reverted to the old 48 hour turn around time they used to insist on when dealing with BTO.

Well it didn't last. Sync is back to 24,600 now. BTO guy said the last time he was here that the line tested excellent and should be capable of 37,000. Speed has been dropping off in chunks for the last week. First week it synced at 39,997 with no change. Going to phone Sky again tomorrow, but anyone have any ideas why the speed would drop off again?

A question to those who have Fibre. Have you also found that YouTube videos at 360p arent loading as fast as loading the video in 720p? Whenever I watch a video at 360p, I do not notice much difference in loading speed to when I'd watch YouTube videos with my 4mbps ADSL connection but if a HD option is available it pretty much loads the video fully in 30 seconds.

What is your router showing stats wise?

Which Stats should I be looking for. Now that I'm Fibre don't get the connection details like I used to do on ADSL. Haven't hacked the BTO modem so don't think I can get at the stats easily, unless you have a way of getting at them?

Speed is 24,600 down and 2,000 up. This time around the up speed hasn't dropped off, only the down.
