So you didn't hit the limit so you didn't get STM'd fair enough - that's ALL you had to say!
Where have I been rude? If you still think I have been then I apologise as it wasn't my intention to be rude. That aside you posted yesterday "Please try it tomorrow my friend and then report back. I guarantee you won't get anywhere near!", which is exactly what I did. I wasn't willy wagling with the speedtests just showing you that the service I get from VM is not what you said I get, nothing more nothing less. Anyway I think I've proven my point and there's no need for me to post here anymore.

Yes but the whole point of my request was to post if you hit STM! If you didn't then you will get full speed.

Seems like it was a totally pointless waste of our time.

WOW you guys are so young.

It used to be about 90 a month for ISDN from Plusnet etc many years ago, and that was 64kb (Might not of being plusnet, but that box on the wall was huge)
~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Your thinking of home highway! Although plus net did always on dialog for 99 a month I had that before ADSL! Home highway was grand as me and my dad had a line each :-)

I remember I used to wet myself when I bonded to get 128k! The ISP i used was firefly which I can't remember who the main ISP was. Had a rep called Ross. God i remember too much!

ISDN, didn't have that. Went from dialup @ 56kbps to 512kbps from telewest

I recall my first mobile, which was grey and about 7 inches. It had 3 buttons and the keypad and 3 lights. It used to last about an hour and was 50/minute to ring anyone :O

I can remember having 512kbps " shown off" to me.. it was faster than my 512kbps ADSL at the time I recall that!
