      Phone Call

      I got a phone call from sky fibre a couple of days ago offering me the product.

      Anyway about 20 seconds into the conversation my cordless phone battery died. My phone doesn't have caller display...

      I've been waiting for them to call again but this doesn't seem to be happening. Can anybody help me out with a number to ring them back on? I've been searching all over and honestly I feel so gutted right now!

      Install date 25th April... Can't wait

      I got the line rental discounted to 1 a month for a year which basically offsets the extra cost.

      Free install too.

      Any chance I could have the number too? I have called twice today, first bloke was rude and said I was lying that people already have it, second person had no idea what fibreoptic is (my god!)

      Our bb speed is only 2.5mb, I am so close to switching to virgin media (ive checked and i can get it), but id rather keep the whole package with sky

      Arrrgh.. just noticed I have a missed call from Sky. 08000****** - No message or owt called back and got a 'you were called by Sky' message - could this have been the fibre team?!
