      Yep pre-registered interest. This was actually on the 3rd April (I rarely look at my home phone!) - I've not had a call since from them :-/

      I did call retentions today as I'm considering moving away and asked if there was a note about what the call was about - but the guy said there was nothing!

      It is only around 12 hours to go before SBUF is launched. Call back the number which rang you. If you can't get through tonight, try again tomorrow.

      If they do call you give them your mobile number aswell, they will ring your landline if there's no answer they will ring your mobile well that's what they did with me everytime
