      I think it's something to do with which call centre you initially get through to. Always seems to be Newport (South Wales) when I call. Maybe they haven't got a line to Scotland from there...

      I have a 50% chance of getting really good service when I get a Scottish worker and they ask my security question "who is the best football team in Scotland ?" Love it when a rangers fan has to agree that my answer is correct

      Regardless of what people are reading, the fibre team is still a small team and training to others only started a few days ago. I think it will be pot luck if anyone who calls gets though to anyone who can place an order. Im still under the impression its still invite only.

      The impression I got and is on their website is that orders will be taken online (sky.com/broadband) this will allow you to use their service checker when it goes live.

      Yeah, nothing here either. Would be nice to beat the rush as it were, but who knows. Maybe he won't ring.

      At least if SOMEONE receives a phone call about now, at least I know we'd all have a chance (well those of us who are waiting..)

      Whilst I think Sky Fibre will be popular, I dont think anyone will miss out unless your cab is full. Whilst we are busy waiting for sky fibre until all the ads start most people won't even know they have rolled it out.

      My cabinet is over a year old, maybe it's already full and that's why they've not called me?
