Re: Exchange list of active preregistered members

We shall have to wait until Sky launches the product in April to be 100% sure of this.

There has been a Sky trial in South Harrow for FTTP, so I would suggest that Sky is interested in FTTP.

They may well provide your with a 40mb/s capped product, increasing the speed at a later date.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

That's correct. It's not to say Sky won't launch SBUF on FTTP (they're trialling it with TalkTalk IIRC), it just won't be available from launch.

Source? According to Samknows, it's FTTC enabled in some areas. Not doubting you of course, you may have more info than I do, which is quite possible, as i'm told on a frequent basis I know s*d all

SamKnows - Broadband Availability - Bradwell Abbey (SMBA) Exchange

EDIT: Strike that, I just read about the FTTP Trial. It's true, i know nothing .

But still shows it as being FTTC

Re: Exchange list of active preregistered members

SamKnows only shows any enabled exchanges as FTTC. In truth some are FTTP, some are both.

You need to look at the list of exchanges published by BTO.
