      I am an avid follower of the Darwin Awards, luckily I do not currently have the level of stupidity that is a basic requirement to be on the list :-)

      I will rephrase - God never kill this tryer lol

      I opted out of receiving communications about other products on the sign up page, but received the call today (and he specifically said it was because I registered my interest).

      Received my call last night and confirmed I wanted the fibre product and it took yonks to go throught the process. Was about to confirm the installation date and was told there was an issue with my Sky+ box as I had replaced it myself and they needed to update the records and would ring back tonight. The same lady called back tonight and said the records had not been updated and would contact me again tomoz. Almost there...

      Same here went through all the rattle,then got to ring me back Monday at 8am to confirm 27 or 28th installation date.Told Sky we cant have mobiles at work for security reasons so ive got to hide and shes going to ring me at 8am lol

      I am still waiting patiently for my call, I am some how resigned to the fact that I am not going to get my call before the 12th April

      I have even got the 12th entered as an entry in with Outlook calendar at work to make sure I do not forget (Like I am going to forget that date, more likely to forget the wifes birthday than that date lol).

      Yeah still waiting here too, even added my details to the website again when I knew my cabinet had gone live, but nothing.

      Will have to wait until the 12th then the 2-3 week lead from there. Maybe I'll get it before my birthday which is in May

      Don't forget your Wife's birthday, or you may be in extremely serious trouble!

      As for the phone calls, it appears that many are suggesting that the sign-up period for SBUF has now completed. I suspect that some other luck person in your local area has been signed up to SBUF.

      Don't worry as it is only 3 weeks away!

      There are many others who haven't even got an installation date for their FTTC cabinet yet, so you are much closer than them.

      Yeah but I don't want everyone around me to rush off and order BT Infinity before I can get my Sky Fibre in.... Though, i'm probably fussing over nothing..

      And it would have been nice to get it all installed and up and running before I return to work too

      Gorebrush - I guess they have decided that we have to wait for the mass rush like when the Cabbage Patch dolls first arrived. No one better get in my way, I am a Devil

      Scubbie - You message started so nicely then you gave me a kick in the bollards. WHAT, someone else has beaten me to it???? I want a stewards inquiry!!!! This is just not fair play. I am setting up a protest camp in front of the new Cab until I get my Fibre!!! Well, if I was Sad & Weak I could get fibre right now but I am not that desperate to join BT(Spit Spit)
