      Does anyone know the CLI number which gets left after a call? My phones will show missed calls but without knowing the number to look for that won't help much. Perhaps it's best not to post the full number but maybe the last two or three digits?

      It was an 0800 number if that helps.....

      Is it? Great news. I've had a few missed calls from "withheld" this week, but that could have been me ringing the house to speak to my wife and she answering a different phone (We have a set of 3 cordless ones and they don't sync their call lists)

      That eliminates most of the spam calls we get as they are usually 0845 so yes, it does help, thanks

      I'm surprised that Sky (Fibre) don't withhold the number from the calls they make.

      I don't know if this is what they do, but they could simply divert all incoming calls to a message to inform them who called.

      Don't get too excited I got a call from an 0800 number this week and ignored it, then thought better of it looked it up on google to find it was a sky number.... When they called back I rushed took the call only to be asked if I would like sky sports for F1 lol

      I was thinking of placing an IVR on my line... " If you are calling from Sky about fibre... press 1" ... "if you are calling from some bank in the jungle asking if I am a home owner press 2"

      Spot on in the this case. The 0800 number that they called from, goes directly to an answer phone message that says "One of our Departments tried to call you"

      I managed to find the phone number for the Sky Fibre Team thats gives you the option to speak to someone on the sales team, the person was very nice and advised that they are only allowed to sign up people they have called from the pre registration list. Since I had not been called yet, I would have to wait for the call. He did say it was there intention to call everyone on the list. Whether that happens before it is launched to the general sale, time will only tell.

      Chanced my arm & it didnt work. God never killed a tryer :-)
