      A very small number of the retentions team have the ability to offer SBUF should certain criteria be met.

      As with anything else, you need to be serious if you wish to cancel your Sky broadband, otherwise you would be stuffed without anything.

      Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
      Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

      That's precisely why I haven't done it. It won't be long before I can simply make an order. The cabinet has only literally been enabled, so I won't panic about over subscription yet.

      wohooooooooooooooo just looked on bt openreach site and it is now saying AO accepting orders come on sky

      I tried this, the care agent tried to help but came back and said it wasn't available yet even though i can order both BT and Plusnet

      SBUF cannot be ordered prior to the launch date (April 12th). You will be told, correctly, before this date that you cannot order it.

      However, if you have registered your interests on the Sky Fibre site, then someone from Sky may call you and offer you a Fibre connection.

      With 23 days to go, anything is possible.

      In the mean time it looks like I won't have to wait until Christmas to get SBUF

      i just spoke to sky advisor and said about the launch date 12th and he said that is not finalised yet

      It's on Sky's website, so for now, we can only assume that is the date. If it changes, Sky will then update their website again.
