just a quick question for those that 'have had the fibre calling', were any of you still in your initial 12 month broadband contract. I moved to sky from o2 last June, but have not yet been called. for info I have regesitered on the website both ticked and unticked and even checked my marketing setting which are all set correctly. I have even allow the wife a new handbag so she does not say no when I am not around..... still waiting though

      Re: Sky Fibre connection

Its a long story but I just started a new 12 month contract with sky for broadband and it was not a problem to upgrade. I think you would need to commit to a further new 12 month contract though.

I was still in the 12 month contract but only just, had 1 month to go before it was over.

Still in the 12 month contract (returned to Sky in September after a couple of years with Be and O2). He did say the contract would reset to 12 months, as mentioned above.

      Re: Sky Fibre connection

Thanks all, was wondering if having 3 months left was what was stopping the call but seems I am just a long way down the list. and yes would expect a new 12 months contract which is not an issue (shorter than BT's 18 month one).
