can you get me a discount?!?!?

i've only been using a mac just over a year - bought my macbook (another impulse buy) in dec 10 they discontinued them a few months later but since getting it i have wondered why i took so long to jump on the bandwagon as they are brilliant and i now want to get rid of my windows desktop and replace it with a iMac

When I first joined sky I had a 69 ping. I assume u have had your max delays reduced to 8? If so sti massively high

Oh and yes 11ms is great counter strike source shows a ping of 9ms

      Mw2&3 like it also.

      I'm very pleased tbh.

Glad its all ok, I can't wait for fibre. Took me 3 hours to download some beta software last week at home and 8 minutes at work on fibre.

Is your HD box wired direct to your router?

I have one of the wireless sky adapters (looks like another mini sky box)

      Works a treat.

yes but a rip off for people. 60 for an wireless AP and yet they only charge people 35 for a wireless router which in theory is the same thing. Still they are here to make money.

both trancefm and netcetra give me the same results

      bbc pings average 15-16ms

edit: this is using both wired and wireless from a mac
