      40-70 down according to the letter but my line is gonna have dlm running so gotta keep a check on it.

      Strange, andrewjr was able to get the Modem's connection stats without any problem. The link I provided contains instructions for the Sagem 2504N, like what you have now, and that should be sufficient. If you can't see any, please post what you can.

      I hope that you asked her about the connection speed. 20/1 is not really good for a fibre connection.

      hmmm, the only stats i have is the up/down sync speed from the router

      just done a wired speedtest and 5ms ping 37.75meg down 1.71 up. I will not be trusting wireless stats again.

      Just pingtest and 9ms ping with 1ms jitter

      Been out of this thread for a while, but has it been confirmed (or appears to be) that Sky have access to BT's 80/20 speed, and passing that better throughput on to customers (though capping at 40/2)...........meaning good news for people like me to help get a better connection, when further from their local fibre cabinet?.
