happy upgrade
Seen so many negative posts regarding adsl to fibre change over last week took the plunge negotiated 50% discount on fibre unlimited and only £10 connection upgrade date set for today so from order to install took 9 days broadband unlimited connection of 11.292 mb went down about 11 am this morning 2 minutes later text to confirm new connect complete router re-synch and wow down load 39.998mb no problems what so ever well done sky doing it right first time

Good, in the sense that your healthy downstream noise margin means you could get a few Mbs more if you went Pro.

enquired about fibre max but was told not available cst could not say if it was due toline not supporting it or if fibre max not available at exchange or if capacity at exchange was full
