This should be in the "Legal bit" at the bottom of the page where you order Sky Talk & Sky Broadband. ALL providers have a similar code now.

Essentially if your connection speed is below the estimated speed when you placed the order or the service is unreliable and you have provided an opportunity for Sky to fix any potential issue, you can cancel everything.

It is important that you allow someone the opportunity to fix any issues, if there are any. This would include providing access to your property for a BTO Engineer if required.

It is also recommended that you use the Master Socket when connecting your Sky Hub SR101 to the telephone line, without any extensions and with the supplied ADSL lead.

The majority of Sky's new installations go well and it is the exceptional cases which prove problematic.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms
