      downgrade sub's

      Hi ,I have sky tv,telephone and broadband everyday lite.I called to cancell tv,and upgrade bb,only to be told that computer say's no,I can only cancell all,not some.Surely I have been given the wrong information.Perhaps someone on this forum can enlighten me.

      As long as you are out of contract I cannot see the problem.

      Obviously, you will only get the discount on the broaband if you keep the TV and Talk so I think your BB sub would be 17.50pm.

      There may not be a route to cancel TV without cancelling the broadband as the ability to have broadband without TV has only recently been introduced. You may need to cancel it all then sign up again for Broadband and talk. Whether this would be seamless is anyone's guess.

      Broadband without TV would cost 10. Without TV or Talk 15.
