      So surely it would say that when you enter your phone number for the service? , on mine it says that mid and max is available. I've booked the sky max service

      Though i just checked his exchange after your post , damn thats one awful exchange!

      It would, in the OPs case it would say it was not available and offer Connect instead. I suspect the OP did not know the consequences or, more likely, he did the booking by phone. If it was done by phone, telesales are well known for omitting details which may put a purchaser off. They may not even have been aware of the difference, all their interest, is in a sale.

      Order was done over the phone, all i was told was that i would not get the full speed, but was told i would be on unlimited package, this is part my fault because i should have checked more, but i was mis-sold the package i got as for the ping time they offered to sort them via bt but the capped package is not good to me.
