      Exchange supports ASDL2+ Annex-M

Looking up my exchange on Samknows I find that my exchange has ADSL2+ but also ADSL 2+ Annex-M. Do Sky make any use of this? I understand it increases the upload speed by doubling the amount of bits available (?).

I note also that there is a FTTC date of 1/6/2012. I assume this only applies to BT Infinity lines and costs a bomb???

Edit.. Went to BT Infinity website. The full package BB and calls is only 25 pounds a month + line rental for up to 40Mb/s!! Their line checker tells me the exchange will be live on June 31. I'm very tempted!

Sky only uses Annex A. Whilst there are a few examples of faster connections, my stats show about as much as you will get with Sky.

You mentioned the double speed for Annex M for the upload, but this is at the cost of a slightly reduced download speed.
