On sky connect but exchange LLU

      Hi

My parents signed up to sky connect as their local exchange was not LLU enabled at the time. I have recently found out that their exchange is now LLU enabled. What are their options, can they just upgrade to the free everyday lite package?

Is there any way of finding out when the exchange became LLU enabled?
      Thanks

They will need to call Sky and ask what is happening.

Normally Sky will send a letter out shortly after the upgrade. In some cases though the equipment might be full and it may not be possible to move them on to it.

They will be better off on the LLU equipment. Home Lite has a monthly limit of 10GB, but if they have a Sky+ HD STB and are interested in Anytime+, then the Unlimited package will be cheaper that what they have been paying for Connect.
