      South West England and South Wales - loss of b/b?

      Hi Guys,

      B/B was working fine until about an hour ago when it conked out, both on wired and wireless. It's showing a good connection but no ACTUAL connection, if that makes sense? Exactly the same as happened before, a few weeks ago, when there was an exchange problem.

      There's no announcement on their customer line yet (often takes a while). I'm now online with another connection but just wondering if anyone has experienced any problems tonight please?

      In fairness I can't comment on the status of the BB in Devon or Cornwall, but it might help if you could include your local telephone exchange details. Even an exchange code might help as sometimes it can be just the local exchange.
