my exchange was unbundled in July, I am still on the connect package at £5 a month,
I have been speaking to sky, to find out when i will be migrated to the max (mid) package
They initally said they would do a mass migration.
Spoke to them today, and the guy said it should have been done, it has been outstanding for a long while
He put me through to another department, and I have been advised that there was a problem bewtween the 2 systems.
They need to cancel the migration and input new instructions, does this sound right ?
I asked what time scale we were looking at, only to be told, we dont have a time scale, so they cant tell me
What do i do now ?
