      Re: Anytime+ Issues

Could you plug a computer into the same Ethernet cable and check to see that it can access the Internet (remember to disable the computer's WiFi) via the cable?

There should also be a corresponding LED illuminate on the Sky router to show that you have connected to the router via the Ethernet port.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

      I think he tried that.

Thanks. I checked before making the above post but missed it.

The LED issue is still important to check for though.

Out of all the posts I've read on anytime + problems, I've never seen this one before.
      Must be frustrating

You could try manually setting the network details, give the box an address of 192.168.0.100. Subnet 255.255.255.0. Gateway 192.168.0.1., DNS

Sagemcom, is that the new white router that looks like it was designed by Apple?

Sagemcom is probably the 2504n ?

The one that looks like it was designed by Apple is the Sky SR101 Hub.

Unofficially we believe it was designed by Apple, although no one will confirm. (plenty of rumours about it though)

No doubt if it wasn't designed by Apple they will be suing whoever did design it because it looks like an Apple design. Its white or black and has rounded corners, just like the iPad

Hi - yes this is the one - just for the record - I am still unable to get anytime+ (on demand). Since i last posted, I have-
Tested the ethernet cable on my laptop - works fine
      Rebuilt my sky+ box
reset my sagemcom router (numerous times)
      tried different ethernet cables
oh - and called sky about 30 times

still no luck - have well and truly washed my hands with their "free service"

just one question would forwarding any ports help?

Should the ethernet light be on, on the front of the sky stb then? its lit on the router - but not on my stb.
