Anytime + "Failed" Download
I have recently been using Anytime + since it went "open" last month. After only 1 month, whenever I try to download anything, I now get the message "Failed" in the planner. I figure this is because I live in Portugal and Sky has blocked the service to any IP address outside of the UK & ROI. Can anyone suggest a way around this?

I am surprised that they didn't block it before it was opened up to all UK & ROI ISPs.
You could look in to the feasibility of using a Proxy Server of VPN system to hook you in to a UK based IP Address. However this will have to be managed through a server or the router as the Sky+ HD STB doesn't offer this option.
