Question Network connection OK Anytime+ activation OK - but no love from sky Anytime+

So I have the connection to my broadband OK through the sky+ box
I have called sky and they ensure me that sky anytime+ is activated

but when I go to sky anytime it just tells me to go to sky.com/anytimeplus to put any time+ on my account...I have gone there and cannot see anywhere where I would add the skytime+ on my account ...arrgghh

what else can I do here please?

      Many thanks in advance

If you visit the 'Network' screen in the settings, what does it show?

      Using your remote control, press <Services> <Right> <Down> 5

Go to your MySky page and sign in. On the right you will see a box with View my packages, click this and again on the right you will see a box with TV Package Extras. In this box you will see a list of what you have activated, including Remote record, Never Miss, SkyGo and Anytime+. Everything you have activated will have a green tick. If Anytime+ does not have the tick or is not in the list, it is not activated, so activate it.

Thanks for your replies..everything was actually OK but turns out Sky has activated the wrong card in the house!

So once that tiny detail was resolved everything was hunky dory
