I recently moved to Skys Broadband offering and decided I'd also take advantage of the Anytime+ service being a TV subscriber to HD, 3D multi room full package etc etc

Now I admit I knew my box was not compatible but I rang up anyway. First three calls to CS get "yes no problem we will add the service, connect to you router etc...."
I point out my box is not compatible but no they insist it is.
Anyway eventually I get the admission that its not compatible and 149 will secure a new box.

One email to CS and a call to 08442 414141 with a very strong "you enforced the box on me in the first place you should sort the problem' and now they are coming to replace my box with a new compatible unit on Friday - result

So don't accept the "the upgrade program is over" its not
