      Anytime+ Adapter alternatives

Okay, so after checking around the forum, and checking for myself, obviously Sky arent letting existing customers have one (big meanies!). So I had what may be a brainwave, or fart, whatever way this goes. Ive just been given a Thomson SpeedTouch 510 by a relative who doesnt have internet access anymore. Could I potentially rig that to act as an adapter/switch in the living room to connect my Sky + HD box to, even if its not wireless?

You can only have one ADSL Modem/router connected to a single telephone line at a time.Even having a 2nd connected, but switched off will affect your connection.

The best suggestion I can make is for you to look at the thread below to see some other options:

      http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/askin...e-network.html

      PlusNet Fibre since Jan 2021
Previously Sky Fibre & Sky BB since 2010.
