      sky anytime

      hi there

      when i go on sky anytime it let's me scroll through but when we have picked what we want to watch we press select it freezes for a minute then comes up with your broadband connection cannot be found but all cables are connected

      can you scroll through all anytime+ menus, not just the showtime ones? (cos don;t think showtime requires internet)

      Press Services on the remote, right arrow once and down arrow once, then 6. What is listed?
      You should see
      OK, OK, 192.168.0.x, OFF or ON.

      Test the cable is ok, e.g take iot out the back of the sky box and plug it onto a laptop and see that you can get broadband on that?

      There is an option to reset the connection via the settings menu, give this a try.

      Do you have Anytime enabled? Services, down arrow, 8, check that Anytime is ON.

      DHCP will show ON with automatic settings and OFF with manual settings.
