      Unhappy Anytime + disappeared

Hi all, hope someone can help before i call Sky.
I have a 1tb HD box, a sky wireless connection box and the old white sky router. I have had the Anytime + up and running perfectly for months with this setup. There was a power cut here on wednesday for a couple of hours. Once the power was restored everything seemed to work ok. Today I tried my anytime + for the first time since the powercut and all I am getting is the old Sky anytime. I have reset the sky 1tb box, the sky wireless box and checked all the network settings in the Sky 1tb box and everything seems fine.
Anyone any suggestions as to why I cannot receive the anytime + anymore.
      Thanks in advance...

In this network settings there is an option to reset Anytime+ by pressing the red button on your remote. Give it a go as I had this issue the other day and doing this fixed it. You will have to start again as your box will locate any wifi signals around and you will have to select your own and then enter the password and then it should be job done.

I've already tried this Alan b.
Anyway this morning i have reset the sky wireless box using the reset button on the back of the box and then done what you suggested and now everything is fine. Thanks for your reply.

      Re: Anytime + disappeared

I too have only had the standard Anytime showing and although I don't use the Anytime+ service I gave the reset option a try and it worked - just pressed the red to reset.

Thanks for the tip Alan b.
