      Yeah that would have helped.

It tells me that I currently have a standard Sky Box, which I don't.

To upgrade to Sky+ HD would be free, with free set-up but no self set-up option and then I get the current offers of various TV Packages etc.

I'm feeling more and more as though I'm being sold short here...

You will be able to get a free sky+ hd box from Sky. Unfortunately the way the system works the self-setup option would cost you 15 quid (available on phone only in your case) while having an installer come and do it for you would be free.

If they give you some silly story when you ring in just send an email. Either way you are definitely getting a free +HD box so cheer up.

Re: My uphill battle to receive Anytime+ (Updated)

After posting this query in the sky.com user forums, I was contacted via a private message from a member of the Sky support team who advised me I'd be receivig a call from a colleague in the next 30 minutes or so t discuss this issue further.

Sure enough, 30 minutes later, I got a call from a rather helpful scottish chap who has kindly agreed to arrange the installation of a new HD box at no extra cost to myself.

There seemed to be a problem at their end actually finalising a date for the install but it seems I'm getting closer and closer to what I would call a suitable resolution this problem.

They're going to call me Tuesday with an instalation date
