      Pace box - sluggish and Anytime lost - ideas ?

      I have the latest Pace box, and lately the number of Anytime programmes has decreased, so I tried disabling the Service from the Engineer's menu, and re-enabled it, which naturally wiped all the Anytime programmes. That was 2 days ago, and not a single new programme has appeared. The box has also become very sluggish in the last few weeks.

      Any ideas ? Please note that I'm talking about Anytime, not Anytime+

      Have you performed a Planner Rebuild?

      Since you've previously tried the planner rebuild, what is your dish reception like for both inputs?

      Also do you do a lot of recording?

      A friend has her dish in a position where she gets a lot of double decker buses & lorries drive past which cause the signal to become interrupted. This effectively causes her Anytime recordings to be significantly less than my own.

      She doesn't have the 60 or whatever to have the dish moved.

      No problems with the dish - both inputs are fine, and no problems on the recording side.

      I tried a Planner Rebuild this morning - we'll see what happens !

      Fortunately the Planner Rebuild seems to have done the trick !

      4 new Anytime programmes had appeared by last night.

      Has the I'm leaving as (in my case) you do not want to pay 60/65 to sort it out so you can carry on paying 70 ???

      I will be trying this tomorrow, and am willing to drop the package but keep phone and Max BB.

      Got to be worth a try
