      Viewing HD content on Anytime+

Haven't used Anytime+ much yet but have notice an 'issue' when attemting to view HD content.

I've watched a few films that are not HD and they work fine. Starts downloading then aftyer a while (minute ir two) it has a sufficient amount of downloaded cache for the film to start playing, which it does whilst it continues downloading the rest.

But I've tried several HD films and the same doesn't happen. Left it once to about 20% complete (which took a while) but it wouldn't play. Gave it up as a bad job.

now I know HD content will take up more disk space (maybe 1GB for a normal film and 4GB for an HD one) so it will take longer to download but has anyone else experienced this.

Seems a bit daft to have to decide the day before what you might want to watch the folling day.

Unless you have a fairly fast connection quite a lot of an HD film has to be downloaded before you can view it or it would be constantly buffering.

Choose what you want to watch, queue them up and download overnight. They are then in your planner ready to view any time you want.

Note - When downloading always select the Custom install or you will end up with stuff you don't want.

l wish Sky used the same system as Zune use on the XBOX.

An HD movie on Sky Anytime Plus at around 3GB, starts in about 15 minutes with my 7.5MB download, but on Zune, their HD movies at 9GB, start in about 2 seconds.
