      What speed did they quote you when you signed up? This is your main lever if it was a lot higher than you are getting.

      They first said 3 mbps but then in email on sign up said 2mbps - point is though that Anytime+ does not work when they said it would with Sky Braodband Unlimited.

      Could you post your stats to see if you can get any more. Sky are usually very pessimistic with their speed estimate, I would be surprised if your speed cannot be improved if you have not already optimised it.
