I have a Amstrad box with the new software for anyime+ I have it connected up to my sky router and my sky box has connected and showing ok etc with a IP address in the network tab.
Every time I select anytime I get the message to activate anytime+ please visit sky.com/anytimeplus
I do and login but get to the stage where it says we will email you when this feature is available.
Surely it is when my box is giving me the message to go and activate anytime+ and everything is connected correctly.....come on sky sort it out, I didn't have this problem when my mums samsung box asked the same thing and I did the above.
Grrrrrrrhhhhh Please help

Re: Activating Anytime+
Which specific Amstrad STB do you have?
It appears that Sky are in the process of enabling the Amstrad DRX780 right now.
The Amstrad DRX890 & DRX895s are Anytime+ enabled and it might be a little while to enable it on your STB, but it will happen under normal conditions.

If you have a DRX780 these are not yet compatible. You may have the update but the service is not yet active for these boxes.
Personally I never had the update, rollback, update scenario. My box is still sat there without the required update....
