As steelysteph has implied, sorry yours doesn't currently support Anytime+.

      The Thomson STB doesn't either.

Sky are aware of this and no information has been made available to confirm whether or not they intend to update these STBs so that customers can access the service.

      Sorry.

You could contact Sky any ask when they intend to make the necessary updates, but I suspect that you are better off without 'Darwin' which was also part of the same updates. You might be safer waiting for the techies to fix this first.

      Re: When?

Have a look on the Official Sky forum, there are several threads about this. Here's one-
Sky Help Forum - Amstrad DRX780 and Anytime+ - Help & Support from the Official Sky Forum

Put DRX780 in the Search box at the top and you will find plenty of threads.

      Re: When?

      I have a DRX 780 UK , like you still no Anytime+.
New customers are getting it straight away, why should old customers have to wait.
Sky could have rolled it all out by now.

      Re: When?

If customers were paying for Anytime+ you can be sure Sky would have had it rolled out to everyone within the first week.

      Re: When?

There have been reports on here of members getting good deals on replacement STBs when they complain about the lack of Anytime+ on their Thomsons.

Since the OP has an Amstrad DRX780, I don't know if this will apply.

The latest software from Sky for the DRX9xx series doesn't fix all the known bugs. Personally I might be tempted to hold off a little if the STB works fine in all other aspects.

      Re: When?

Perhaps some members who own an Amstrad 780 could contact Sky to see:

      a. when a proposed date for a suitable update will be
      b. if no date is available, then perhaps a free replacement STB can be shipped
      c. if not free, how about a reduced price on a replacement STB (i.e. <50)

It would be nice to see if someone can report back some positive news on this issue.

      Re: When?

There is little point in contacting Sky asking them for a date as they do not give this information out. I get the impression that only a closed group know about this and they are not public facing. I have this box but don't find the wait because as far as I am concerned the longer I wait the more likely the bugs will be ironed out.
