      phoned sky to ask why my thomson box had not yet recieved its new software upgrade to recieve the skyanytime+ they asked me my model number and when i told them its a thomson dsi 8215 they told me they cant give a time as to when i will recieve it,in other words never,where do i stand now as there not giving me this service that im entilteld too

      If you are on about the new Anytime+, then others are reportedly pushing this issue a little and able to secure a replacement Amstrad Sky+ HD STB. This may cost you 30 though.

      There are some known issues with the Amstrads though. A new update is being made available later this week, but it doesn't address all the known issues.

      Other than that, they are a nice box.
