      Anytime+ content

Having just had Anytime+ installed (Monday) a question regarding content, the programme guide shows quite a lot of programmes in particular films.

I tried downloading a film to watch but I was unable to view it, is this because Anytime+ is linked into the packages that you subscribe to?

Or is the problem something else, possibly to do with activation, as the Sky man left me to create the Anytime+ connection, I did not want more cable so have installed a pair of Netgear Powerline sockets. These work just fine.

      Ideas anyone?

Yes, you can only view what you subscribe to.

Just to add to tom's response, specifically with Movies & Sports, you need to include the whole package. i.e. both movie packs to see Anytime+ movies

      PlusNet Fibre since Jan 2021
Previously Sky Fibre & Sky BB since 2010.
