      Sky Anytime on HD Box

      Hi Guys

We have a Sky HD box at home and for the last week, the Anytime button when pressed is just showing lots of 'Last Chance' programmes. I have a normal sky+ box on multiroom upstairs and this has updated programmes on anytime.

Looking on the internet, I see there is now Anytime+ (which I see you have to pay for to have set-up or buy the wireless router thing - as if we don't pay sky enough already per month! Our internet router is not near the HD box so cannot do it ourselves!) .

We rung sky today but the man was no use. He got us to do something that reset it, but didn't make any difference. He never mentioned anytime+.

Could it be that we need to update and that is causing the programmes to stay last chance?

Any help would be gratefully received! Thanks

The settings for Anytime+ should not affect how Anytime behaves. You need to perform a Full System Reset (Services, 0, 0, 1, Select on the remote), then choose Full System Reset. Note that this will erase all recordings on the box, and probably your planner settings too.

You have lost the connection to your broadband, go into services and network and see if the box is connected to your router.

If its not then connected it and your Anytime+ will reactivate.
