Hi Sky connect is for Customers who do not have their exchanges with Sky`s own equipment in it also look on SamKnows - Telephone Exchange Search Just put your exchange and see what LLU providers are at your exchange. or on your next post put in the name of your exchange or you can see what package you are on login to your my Sky and under broadband check the package that you are on.

Not me specifically but your attitude to other replies doesn't make me inclined to offer help. Nor does your inability to do a simple search.

PS I've no idea what you've written above!

No, you are on the most expensive Sky broadband package, 17 against 7.50 for the top package.. Your Dad should take the advice given in the many threads concerning Connect and leave.

Max is the old name for Unlimited. If you're on connect, you almost certainly can't have Unlimited or Everyday Lite as your exchange isn't suitable.

PS Still can't read your posts very well. That's why keyboards have . and spaces!

Oh, and the attitude comment wasn't meant for you! Sorry about that. [Reminds self: must check more carefully before posting]

No!! I am telling you that Connect is the most expensive package.

Your exchange is enabled for Sky LLU, so if you have not got it, it means no slots are available on your exchange. You should phone/email Sky and ask them to be moved as soon as possible or you will consider moving to another provider. Also, if your Dad is paying 17 he should ask for a discount as Unlimited is available at your exchange and it is not your fault Sky cannot provide it ad you were not told this when you signed up.
