I thought all the Amstrads had been done as they have now moved on to Samsungs.

Anytime+ is a completely different thing from Sky Player and can only be accessed through your STB. The content is vastly superior to Sky Player, although it depends on your subscription as to what you will have access to.

Up to today some Amstrad 780's has been updated according another website I have a 780 but I have not even had my software upgraded from EPG Software Version - Sky+8.4.0.MultiPlatform.v3.0.0 to EPG Software Version - sky+9.10.14v. This software upgrade is needed before Anytime+ can be installed.

Thanks for that. I thought as mine, a Samsung, had been done the Amstrads had been completed. I have Version 40.0.14.1, but still get the incompatible box message in my account. It looks like they are not doing them by make after all.

So no one knows when the upgrade to EPG Software Version - sky+9.10.14v for Amstrad boxes is going to happen. I f there offering it to new customers who sign up, then peraphs its better customer service if old customers who have a compatible box should be done first. Or is it a ploy by sky to get you to upgrade your box.

Nope, still waiting for Amstrad software here too... so are my parents. Maybe they can somehow do the upgrades by region?
