common problem i find with sky+/anytime features, try doing a call back.

services, 0, 0, 1, select, new installation. follow the wizard through, it will do a callback through the telephone line and hopefully work

I had two boxes as well and my old box was setup as my primary box.You need to phone sky to make sure that your Amstrad 1TB box set up as your primary otherwise you will not get AT+.Just matter of swapping viewing cards and repairing them.

That's just silly. I mean, why should that be necessary?!?

I'm in a similar position, maybe I'll give them a call tonight.

This was indeed the case, a short (freephone) call to Sky in which I had to, as you said, swap cards over and repair them... I really don't understand how they could have the boxes confused, but there you go...

      Sorted now Thanks

Re: Sky Anytime + (PLUS) roll out update

Remember, if you swap your viewing cards over and re-pair them you will not be able to watch the content you recorded on the original receiver with that card, you must keep the original card in the receiver if you don't want this to happen.
