I don't know the TV, but I would be inclined to check through the TV manual. Also ensure that the Sky+ HD STB is set up at 1080i for the HD Resolution Output, for example.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

      Re: help with 3d

STB = Set Top Box. In this case the Sky+ HD Set Top Box.

I would also look at playing a 3D Blu-ray or perhaps download something from the Internet. There is some content on YouTube that is in 3D now.

Remember that some 3D content is pushed a little for effect, whilst other 3D content will be just 'normal' everyday stuff.

It may also help to know which specific model STB you have please. Could you press <Services> 0 3 on you Sky remote and post what is said in the first two lines and what is beside the 'Manufacturer' line please.

Just to check. Is your tv active 3D or passive 3D?
Active is glasses that are battery operated, and passive is like a pair of sunglasses.

      Re: help with 3d

I have a Samsung active 3D tv, and in my menu settings, I have lot's of settings to make the 3D more prominent.
I do find however that the default settings are best.
Are you not seeing any 3D effects, or are they just not jumping out of the screen as much as you hoped?
