Are they taken from the test socket (assuming you have one)?

      Re: My Stats down.down.down

Although the downstream is dire, that is the highest upstream I have seen on Sky ADSL broadband. Rather blows apart the theory that the upstream speed is governed by the downstream speed, doesn't it. Do as suggested, using only the ADSL cable and filter supplied by Sky. Do not use an extension.

      Re: My Stats down.down.down

I think that shows your previous set up was picking up interference from somewhere. If you are still on DLM training leave it there for a couple of days and see if it improves. If you are not on DLM training call Sky and ask them to put you on it, or adjust your speed manually. DLM training is usually indicated by the router resyncing between 2 and 3 am in the morning.
