can someone look at these stats please?

This may be in the wrong place - sorry...

Moved from NTL to SKY a couple of weeks ago on the MAX package and was initially getting 8Mb and not 16Mb. Rang SKY and got some chuff about exchange maintenance and to give it a few days.

Rebooted the router today and to my horror the rate has dropped even more!

I fail to see why my rate should be so bad, no drop outs, no nothing. Maybe one of you learned gents could cast an eye over the following:

This is an hour of counter strike...

[edit]I don't have a socket with a faceplate covering a test socket. I have unplugged everything cept the router (plugged into the main socket) and get the same.

Re: can someone look at these stats please?

you are capped at G.DMT mode not ADSL2+ , ring and try and get through to tier 3
your attenuation and snr seem good and with ADSL2+ you should sync a lot higher.

Re: can someone look at these stats please?

Spoke to my new best mate on tier 3 and he couldn't figure out why i was capped - the exchange test he did suggested that my line was capable of 18.4Mb

Anywhoo, he set my mode to ADSL2+ and the router sync'd at a much higher rate.

      My new stats are:
