      Welcome to the forum

I'm afraid the stats you posted give insufficient info by which to tell if you've been capped - though 8096kbps is a typical capped figure.

You need to do two things:
      • run a comparison with your test socket (hidden behind the faceplate of your master socket (assuming you have an NTE5)
      • post your full stats (use Mognuts - see tech forum sticky)

Thread moved to router stats forum.
