the only way time will heal this wound is to upgrade my exchange to max and put me on it in the next 6 months - and refund 1/2 my connect charges - if they dont i'm off regardless of what they offer - guess i'm off then

I only went for Max for the unlimited if I need it and for the faster upload, it helps when working on website etc.
If I could get you Max I think you know I would.
